Review - Editorial paragraphs have the same formatting as does the table caption at the end of the document. So I am looking to find out whether there is a way to do thisĪctually, the task would be quite simple if the article titles were the only text formatted in that particular way. However, my actual documents have hundreds of articles. Of course, I can manually apply heading style to each article title for that document. In the sample above, there are only 5-6 articles. My question is: based on the Table of Contents format that already exists in the document, is there any way I can get Word to automatically apply Heading style (Heading 1) to each article title in the document? Apparently, in order for that to happen, the titles need to be in the Heading style (is that The problem for me is that, I want the titles of all articles to appear to the left of the document in the Navigation Pane (or called Document Map in Mac Word). But apparently, the title of each article was not applied a heading style (instead, they have the Normal style). I don't know how the database created the table of contents page (it looks like they used some kind of bookmarks scheme).
